Below you'll find a small sample of your bi-weekly fat burning free workout routine. The workout I've put together for you takes about 10 minutes, and will get your heart pumping. As a member, your customized bi-weekly program will take approximately 20 minutes per day. Click on the links to see how quickly these exercises can start working for you!


Here's how your program is going to look...clean, simple, and easy to follow!

#1. Caterpillar Squat

  • Perform anywhere from 5 - 15 repetitions depending on your current level of physical fitness.

#2. Mountain Climber Pike

  • Repeat this movement 5 - 12 repetitions, again, depending on your fitness level.

#3. Log Roll Crunch

  • Repeat this amazing exercise for your core and uncover your abs by doing as many repetitions as possible.

Now repeat this sequence for a total of 3 cycles.


Remember, there's only one direction this program can take you, and that's UP! Remember what I said, do your best, it's all anyone can ask of you. But let me know when you've reached your goal weight, because I can't wait to hear about it!
