Fat Burners and Diet Pills

Huge promises, small delivery.

  • So here's the thing. It is so incredibly tempting to want to try fat burners, or other fat loss supplements. Diet supplement advertisers know exactly how to get into our heads, and even I am tempted sometimes.
  • Some people think I don't have to worry about my weight, but I am no different than anyone else. And if it was as easy as popping pills, don't you think that the rest of the world would be using these products? I would use them!

Actually, when my brother was in university studying to be a pharmacist, he used a type of fat burning supplement. So if the advertising is good enough to fool a pharmacist, don't feel bad if you've tried these pills. But do they work?

Yes. I won't lie, they do. But the short of it is, these pills work as a way to increase your metabolism, and therefore burn fat. However, these pills are exceptionally hard on your nerves and brutal on the lining of your stomach. That means that you won't be able to stay on these pills forever. Here's the catch. When you go off these products, your body has no idea of how to maintain a healthy and elevated natural metabolism.

The end result is that you gain far more weight after
you go off the pills, than when you are on the pills.

You can try these ineffective fat burning supplements, but I'll bet your subscription price that you'll eventually be back here, to permanently Conquer Your Body.
