Can I do the Conquer Your Body program at home?

Yes. Specifically, this weight loss program is designed to be done at home or anywhere really. The interesting thing is that if you try to use this program in a formal workout gym, you might have a tough time. The biggest piece of equipment that you'll need for this program is some floor space, and in a tightly cramped gym, unused floor space is at a premium. It's ironic that one of the best weight loss programs available is one that is actually harder to use in a gym than it is in your home.

What equipment will I need?

All you will need is either an 8-12 pound medicine ball or a plate weight (used for making workout dumbbells). This equipment can be purchased online (check out our links) in almost any department store sporting goods section, and places such as Walmart. It helps to have good shoes, comfortable and fun workout clothing, and some great music as well. Then, just slide back your coffee table and presto, your new home gym awaits!

In a nutshell, what is this program about?

This is about making a huge change in yourself. Feeling better and having more energy and being healthy is all nice to say, but let’s be honest: we're here to lose weight, get fit, look fantastic, and turn heads. Am I wrong? It does the head good to know that the body is great. So this program is a complete weight loss resource hub for every question that you have about weight loss, exercise and diet. Most importantly, Conquer Your Body is about keeping these results, and enjoying your new figure for life and not for a few weeks after a crash diet.

What can I expect in the first month?

The first month of a properly designed weight loss program is exciting. This is the time where your body is going to make the most changes. If you put faith in the program (and promise me you won't cheat!) you will most likely lose 5-6 lbs in the first week and about 12-15 lbs (some people lose slightly more and some slightly less) in the first month (provided that your body has that amount of fat to lose in the first place). You will notice increased alertness during the day and more jump in your step. Looking forward to a better complexion and healthier-looking hair? Look forward to that too! Training helps rid your body of toxins that actually block your body's natural ability to oxidize and burn fat. With the proper nutrition program, you fuel your body properly to automatically burn fat, but without the added toxins found in most people's diets.

How do I know this program will work for me?

While we all have unique body types and genetic make-up, we all have similar weight loss needs. And this is the beauty of this program- it makes your body uses its own body weight against itself. Instead of figuring out what barbell you should use for 10 reps of an exercise, I utilize your entire body to use the most fat-burning muscle tissue as possible, and the limiting force on how many reps you do is determined by the deep muscle burn you feel. Why is this so good? Because it keeps you from hitting a plateau. The more full body exercise reps your body can do the stronger it gets. The stronger your body gets, the more reps it will be able to do. The more reps your body can do, the more fat it burns. The more fat you burn, the lighter you get, the more reps you will be able to do, and so on and so on. It is an incredibly effective cyclical strategy for weight loss. I know this will work for you because over the years that I have been applying these techniques on my clients I haven't found one person that it hasn't worked for.

Is a nutrition program included?

Yes, in order to lose weight effectively, you need to fuel your body specifically to oxidize and burn fat. It is very crucial that along with great personal training, you complete the weight loss equation by addressing your body's nutritional requirements. And no, it doesn't involve using supplements or prearranged meals. I want to teach you to have a beautiful body for life, not treat you like corporate Weight Watchers and keep you on a diet and weight loss yo-yo (it’s good to their bottom line to have you coming back over and over again).

How much will it cost me?

Please see the pricing page for more information. This is what it comes down to though. This is an affordable program. It’s meant to be priced so that anyone can do this. You are free to participate in Conquer-Your-Body for as long as you wish; you can cancel your subscription at any time. Some of you may choose to use the program until you reach your goal weight; others will use it well beyond that in order to maintain an ideal body weight. Mostly though, you should enjoy it and if you enjoy it—why stop! But I’m not into any type of pressure. I’m here for as long as you need me here and I promise you the costs will always be reasonable. You will get what you pay for! I would say that over half of my online clients stay involved with the program because they enjoy always having a new training program every 2 weeks. Some have told me that they love how they feel and look so much, that they are literally afraid to fall back into their old ways and gain weight again. For myself, I wouldn't be able to function like a normal adult if I didn't have a 20-minute workout every day.

Do I have payment options?

Yes, please have a look at the pricing page to see what option works best for you. The longer you sign up for at a time, the lower the rate is. This isn’t about suckering you in to a longer term deal. It’s just less administration to handle a year subscription versus a monthly subscription. No matter what option you choose, make sure it is your best fit. And regardless of the option, it is an affordable and effective program.

What do I get with my membership?

You get all the tools you'll need to drop the weight, and keep it off. An in-depth meal planning nutritional guide helps you learn how to plan for success, and leads you by the hand for three weeks. Once you finish this guide, you will know how to make your own healthy decisions, even when snacking or eating out at a restaurant. You will receive a new core functional personal training workout every 2 weeks that you will access with your own unique user name and login identification. The training program is designed to be able to be done anywhere. Home, office, gym, hotel room, just about anywhere you need it to. Plus, you are not tied to your home or office computer to get your training information. You can access your own privacy protected page from any computer, any time. Do I have to exercise to lose weight?

Absolutely. But you don't have to overdo it. Proper exercise elevates your base metabolic rate (the rate at which your body burns calories and fat). Recent research shows that an elevated metabolism can result for up to 8 hrs after exercise. In everyday English- you will actually burn fat while you sleep. Diet without exercise is like being half smart. You are only tapping into half of your body's ability to lose weight. Besides, it feels good to get the blood pumping and feel like being a kid again. Treat your exercise program like grown up playtime and soon you’ll find yourself enjoying pushing your body to new heights everyday.

Why is your Conquer Your Body program superior to all others?

My only goal is to make you a fit, vibrant and healthy individual for life. Once I see you lose the weight, I don't want to have to see you again (and don’t take offence to that at all!). If I don't see you again, it means that I've done my job right. The really great thing about my program is that it allows you to be in control of everything. That's why my success rate is so high. Being in control teaches you how to keep the weight off for life. Also, this isn't complicated, and I refuse to make it anything more than that. But just a word of caution. With all the different weight loss scams and "too-easy-to-be-true" diet miracles, many people have become skeptical about the enormous power of the Internet. So tell them as much as you can about the program, because while they may have never heard of Conquer-Your-Body, they trust you.

I have a weight loss story I'd like to share, how do I do it?

Just email in your story, and any photos you might like us to use, and we'll do our best to get them up on the site. It is important to share your story, because there is always one reader out there who has had similar experiences, and it might be all they need to motivate them. Imagine being that person who inspires someone else to make a positive, possibly the best change they can make for themselves. Keep those stories coming!

I have a question I'd like to see answered on the Conquer Your Body site. How do I make the suggestion?

Just send me an email. If I don't know the answer to your question, I can definitely find out the answer for you. I'm here to help. And I love to learn new things so I’ll research it until I find it for you. And then I’ll thank you for the new information I’ve learned!

Why am I doing a total body workout? Can't I just target my problem area?

No. It is physiologically impossible to "spot train" or "spot reduce". Any person who claims to be able to do this is lying. As your body burns fat, it takes it from areas on your body that are genetically predetermined. Also, the body works best when treated as a whole system, not many partial systems. So training the body as a whole is the fastest, most efficient and most effective way of achieving your goal.

Are you sure there is no miracle diet pill?

If there was, I would probably be using it. Oprah would be the spokesperson I’m sure. It is easy to have hope in a gimmick that is advertised really well. But I assure you, you will just be throwing your money away. Sometimes those gimmicks have so many chemicals in them, that they are toxic. I've seen arsenic in "fat-burner" thermogenic pills. Please, don't fall for clever marketing. Instead, earn your body, love your body and show your body off!

Should I take vitamins?

Great idea but keep in mind not all vitamins are not created equal and pumping loads of vitamins into your body is unnecessary. Mass farming practices don't allow fields to replenish the soil's minerals and nutrients naturally, so the vegetables and fruits we buy in the supermarket are not as high in quality as they used to be. Add a daily multi-vitamin in the morning. But don't go overboard on different vitamins and minerals. Don’t fall prey to the marketing ploys out there! Simply buy any brand of multi-vitamin (they are all packaged in the same plant anyways).

Can I download the exercise videos?

Are the testimonials on your website from real people?

Yes, thanks for asking. I feel the only way to succeed in business is by remaining completely transparent.
