  • BMI less than 19 = Underweight
  • BMI between 19-25 = Healthy Range
  • BMI more than 25 = Overweight
  • BMI more than 27 = Significantly Overweight
  • BMI greater than 30 = Obese
Body mass index: A key index for relating a person's body weight to their height. The body mass index (BMI) is a person's weight in pounds divided by their height in feet squared.
